Vansea Transport Ltd. was incorporated in May of 1986.  The Company started out hauling containers between Vancouver, BC and Seattle, WA and utilized the names of the two cities to form the Company's name.

In 1990 the Company diversified and entered the van freight market and expanded it's boundaries to encompass all ten provinces and forty eight states.  The structure of the Company changed somewhat as well with the purchase of Company owned vehicles to join what, up until that time, had been a strictly owner-operator fleet.  Through the years a number of changes have been made in order to keep abreast of the ever changing transportation business but the Company's mission statement of providing customer service and value for your dollar has remained constant.

At present, the Company's focus is it's operation in the Pacific Northwest and the service it provides to one of the top five largest steamship lines in the world.  While we are proud of our association with our multi-national clients, we take the same pride in providing customer oriented service to our smaller clients.  Over the years, one of the Company's greatest strengths has been the longevity of it's employees service and consequently the relationship they have established with our customer base.
